making new rules

well.... since the rulings section is gone, i think we should make new rules. I think that for each section of the rules banlist/testing/forum etc.
anybody who likes should put up their own version of the rules. Then we vote when everything is submitted.

Blahds, I'll be holding this poll to a stop right now, although i was going to do this sometime soon. Testing will be developed by me with the help of a special few, including you Blahds. Banlist is something I'll probably won't be using except for testing use only. Rules for posting will be solely be developed by me only. A few suggestions wouldn't be bad though unless people start forcing me then I won;t accept any suggestions.
